Billionaire Allen Stanford could make the England stars-West Indies £10million winner-takes-all Twenty20 match an annual affair.

Stanford said:“I would be happy to make a five-year commitment."

“It could be an annual event, maybe we could come to Lord’s in 2009 and then alternate,” the Texan was quoted as saying in 'The Sun'.
