Bangalore Royal Challengers wicketkeeper and South Africa’s mainstay behind the stumps, Mark Boucher has said that the ICC needs to look into the "burn out" issue of the players and find a proper solution to stop it.

"It's in ICC's interest to look after the players. So I feel its time for the ICC officials to sit down with the players and Boards of different nations and chalk out the future schedule of tournaments and try to solve the issue," Boucher told reporters.

On his own IPL team, Boucher said: "We are still looking for the right opening combination. There are a lot of good players who want to play and it is becoming very difficult to pick up the winning combination. We are still looking for a structure," he added.
