Knight Riders coach John Buchanan has predicted that a clear leader in the IPL will emerge after the next three to four matches.
"By then all the teams would have adapted to the format," Buchanan was quoted a saying in the media.
With his team going great guns, Buchanan isn’t conceding that his team has peaked very early.
"It's good that we have peaked now. We need it to get the rhythm," the former Australian coach said.
On conducting practice sessions under the scorching sun, Buchanan said: "I want the boys to get a feel of the heat. We will play six more matches here and the temperature will soar in the coming days."
Knight Riders next meet Chennai Super Kings on April 26 and Buchanan described the Dhoni-led team as 'very good side'.
