India To Clash With South Africa In ICC U-19 World Cup Final On Sunday – Holders Pakistan Bow Out In The Semis

It will be South Africa who meet India in the finals of ICC Under 19 World Cup on Sunday after defending champions Pakistan lost their semi-final to the Proteas by 98 runs on the basis of Duckworth Lewis method on Saturday.

With rain causing interruption on Friday, the match was deferred until Saturday as Pakistan needed 252 in 47 overs to win the match based on revised D/L calculations. South Africa had earlier scored a challenging 260 for eight in their permitted 50 overs on Friday.

When Pakistan resumed on overnight score of 86-2 they managed to reach only 153 all out in 39.3 overs to concede the match to South Africa.
