Windies Quartet To Return Home On May 18 From IPL For Home Series Against Australia

West Indies skipper Chris Gayle and his teammates, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Dwayne Bravo and Shivnarine Chanderpaul are likely to return home next month from the IPL to be available for their home series against Australia.

West Indies face Australia in the first Test, beginning May 22 at Sabina Park in Jamaica and confirming the quartet’s return was West Indies Cricket Board CEO Dr Donald Peters.

"We have informed the IPL that Gayle, Sarwan, Chanderpaul and Bravo will be returning on the 18th of May," Peters was quoted as saying to the Trinidad Express.

"Our arrangement with the IPL is that the players would be back for the (Digicel home) series," Peters informed.
